WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS
Currently we are offering FREE worldwide delivery on all orders above 1200 HKD. If you order is below this value, below shipping fees will be applied.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major payment methods such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, G Pay, PayPal, O Pay and Union Pay.
In-store we also accept Alipay, WeChat pay and Octopus. 

WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY TIME?
Hong Kong Standard shipping: 1-3 business days
Free Pick up in store available
International Standard shipping 10-14 business days
Express shipping: 3-5 business days

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Standard Shipping is only 30 HKD all orders within Hong Kong.

However due to limited flights, the international shipping rates are highly affected. Currently International standard shipping is a flat rate on 150 HKD due to rising prices in shipping and unavailability.
Express shipping is available on all international orders for a surcharge 290 HKD.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE TRACKING NUMBER? 
When your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You have the right to return undamaged and unused products, except for perishable products, beauty and engraved items. Please note, that the return policy only applies to goods that have been shipped to you, not those that have been picked up in store. Notification about this shall be done immediately upon reception of the product or latest 14 days after reception. The notification shall be done to us by email. Return the product together with the filled our Return form included with your order. State the cause of the return, if you want to exchange the product or if you wish to get the money back. You will have to pay the freight cost for the return.

Stockholm.com.hk guarantees that the products you have ordered are free from errors at the time of delivery. If you should receive a defect or wrongly supplied product, contact customer support at  without delay or at the latest within 7 days after reception.

DO I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES & TAXES ON MY ORDER?
Customs fees and additional fees may apply to international shipment. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
For the most part, duties and taxes are accommodated in the cost of your order.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
Contracts between consumers and STOCKHOLM shall be governed by Hong Kong Law. STOCKHOLM follows the recommendations of the Hong Kong Consumer Authority. All above conditions apply solely to goods purchased by individual consumers.
