Hong Kong:

Standard shipping: 3-5 business days*
*Pick up in store available
International:
Standard shipping 7-14 business days
Express shipping: 3-5 business
 days

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Standard Shipping is free of charge on all orders within Hong Kong.
International standard shipping is free of charge on all orders over 1000 HKD. A surcharge of 99 HKD is added for orders below 1000 HKD.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE TRACKING NUMBER? 
When your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You have the right to return undamaged and unused products, except for perishable products, beauty and engraved items. Please note, that the return policy only applies to goods that have been shipped to you, not those that have been picked up in store. Notification about this shall be done immediately upon reception of the product or latest 14 days after reception. The notification shall be done to info@stockholm.com.hk .

The message shall contain the following information: 

a) order number
b) payment confirmation
c) title of the product you wish to return
d) image of the damaged items
e) explanation how the damage occurred
f) reason for return
The returned product shall be in an unused and undamaged state in its original package.
Once the return is granted you will receive a Return order number that must be marked on the parcel. If we don't find the return number this may cause your refund to be delayed or declined.
Return the product together with the filled our Return form included with your order. State the cause of the return, if you want to exchange the product or if you wish to get the money back. You will have to pay the freight cost for the return.
Return against cash on delivery is not accepted.

Stockholm.com.hk guarantees that the products you have ordered are free from errors at the time of delivery. If you should receive a defect or wrongly supplied product, contact customer support at info@stockholm.com.hk without delay or at the latest within 7 days after reception.

DO I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES & TAXES ON MY ORDER?
For the most part, duties and taxes are accommodated in the cost of your order. However, the following countries will need to settle duties and taxes as per the individual customs regulations.

Bahrain, Brunei, Cambodia, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Laos, Oman, Philippines, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Sweden, United Arab Emirates, Vietnam

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
Contracts between consumers and STOCKHOLM shall be governed by Hong Kong Law. STOCKHOLM follows the recommendations of the Hong Kong Consumer Authority. All above conditions apply solely to goods purchased by individual consumers.
