WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major payments, such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google pay and Apple Pay. In-store we also accept Alipay, Wechat Pay, Payme & Octopus.

WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY TIME?
Hong Kong: Standard shipping: 1-2 business days | Free Pick up in store available.
International: Standard shipping 6-14 business days | Express shipping: 3-5 business days. ( Option is not available during our free standard shipping campaign)

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Currently we are offering FREE worldwide delivery on all orders above 1200 HKD. If you order is below this value, below shipping fees will be applied.

Standard Shipping: Enjoy a flat rate of 30 HKD for all orders within Hong Kong.
Standard International Shipping: We offer a flat rate of 90 HKD for international orders, with the exception of shipments to the USA, where the fee is 150 HKD due to higher shipping costs and tariffs.
Express Shipping: Available for all international orders at an additional charge of 350 HKD. Please note that this option is not available during our free standard shipping campaign.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE TRACKING NUMBER?
When your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Products purchased on www.stockholm.com.hk can be exchanged or returned up to 14 days after the date of receipt. You have the right to return undamaged and unused products, except for perishable products, beauty and engraved items. Please note, that the return policy only applies to goods that have been shipped to you, not those that have been bought in-person in our store.

Return the product together with the filled out Return form, that you can download here. State the cause of the return, if you want to exchange the product or if you wish to get the money back. You will have to pay the freight cost for the return.

Stockholm.com.hk guarantees that the products you have ordered are free from errors at the time of delivery. If you should receive a defect or wrongly supplied product, contact customer support without delay or at the latest within 7 days after reception.

DO I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES & TAXES ON MY ORDER?
Customs fees and additional fees may apply to international shipment. Please contact your local customs office for more information. For the most part, duties and taxes are accommodated in the cost of your order.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
Contracts between consumers and STOCKHOLM shall be governed by Hong Kong Law. STOCKHOLM follows the recommendations of the Hong Kong Consumer Authority.
All above conditions apply solely to goods purchased by individual consumers.
